During my travel coming back to Doha flight number 774 QA first of November from Sao Paulo Guarulhos (GRU) terminal 3.
I passed by your counter around 6:30 pm to confirm that i am in the right track regarding PCR test.
After a conversation with the assistant he insisted that I can not travel without a PCR test.
I explained to him your requirement that i am vaccinated ,resident in Qatar ,coming from green country and i showed him your website information, after all he still insisting after a hard and long conversation that i should do it.
To avoid this conflict i did it ,( refer to the attached document).
When i came back to your counter i found another one and he said that it is indeed not required and its his colleagues mistake.
Out of principle I would like to request the money I spent on this test(315,00 R$)
