I bought 11 tickets flights on expedia for $20,985.96, when COVID-19 came last year the airlines cancel all those due to the pandemic, and when I contacted expedia to refund me my money they want me to contact my bank and open a claim for the refund and I did it, my bank told me to contact the AIRLINES FOR the refund.
and it been alomost year now every time I contact COPA AIRLINES they always told me the money will back to my bank account and I never see no refund show on bank
