But on the flight Prague – Brussels on 16 May I was not given the window seat 12 F, but the middle seat 03E. I wish to ask you to reimburse me the difference between the cheapest flight ticket and the ticket that I paid for. I had paid for the service which which was not delivered.

  3. I booked a city trip to Milaan (hotel + flight). Just before boarding started, they called 40 passenger’s names (including our names). We got the message that the flight was annulated for us, due to a technical problem.
